Difficult host. Lots of rules, poor communication.

Thank you for your feedback, Emma. All requirements communicated are established by Turo, including no smoking, check-in/out procedures, and vehicle documentation, to protect both guests and hosts. I provided detailed pickup instructions, responded to your messages, and accommodated your early return. My goal is always to ensure a safe, transparent, and smooth rental experience, not to impose unnecessary rules. I appreciate your business and am sorry your experience fell short of expectations.
Daniel had this car STOCKED with everything we could have needed!!

Everything was almost perfect. Car was in good condition, ran smoothly.
Though we had a few inconveniences regarding scheduling and coordination with pick up/drop off.
Daniel tried his best, but it would have been better to have all these arrangements informed upfront rather than after we’ve booked.

Thank you for your feedback, Shannon. I am glad the car was in good condition and ran smoothly. I understand your concerns about coordination, although the pickup location was provided in the listing. I also offered to move the car closer to your preferred location at no additional charge, which I was able to accommodate. Since street parking availability varies, the exact location could only be confirmed the night before. I appreciate your business and will continue to improve communication.
It was ok
