We had to book a last minute car rental and had a very smooth experience renting this Infinity SUV from Joe! The car is in super clean condition, had a lot of nice features (e.g. sun coverings for the window, built-in phone charger, cooling setting for seats), and drove very smoothly. Joe was also very accommodating and dropped off the car directly to me after I had train delays as well as let me drop off of the car early. I would rent this car from Joe again!

Ryan was an outstanding host! The Tesla Model Y was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. This was by far one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had! Alberto’s communication before the trip was incredibly helpful, and the car was in pristine condition. He was easy to reach throughout the rental, and when we were running a couple of minutes late returning the car, he was completely understanding. The icing on the cake was that my daughter accidentally left her lovey in the car. Alberto immediately messaged me and even met us at the terminal to return it. That level of kindness and customer service truly went above and beyond. We will absolutely rent from Alberto again in the future!

Pickup was easy, it was a little confusing to get to when inputting the business name into gps, but for drop off I used the address given to me by the host and it was easier. Alan was very helpful and responsive. Car was great used it to help a friend move
