This is my first time to rent car via Turo as I always rent through car rental companies.
Only difficulty was trying to find street parking to drop it off on a fully packed residential street early in the morning.
Clare was amazingly helpful in meeting us with the car in Cambridge and super kind throughout.
He was also very flexible and understanding when I needed to adjust my pick-up time due to multiple flight delays.
No problems @ all very responsive & if I visit again I most definitely will rent from her again.
Sooooo clean and easy to drive - the best was the a/c which worked very well.
Charvak was awesome and most helpful in getting us squared away after a near-disaster with one of the sorry major rental car companies that left us in a lurch.
It was great to transport 6 passengers for a weekend (although cargo space is significantly reduced with the 3rd row of seats up, which is the case with most 3 rows SUV - so only works with little luggage; much roomier with only 2 rows up) It was nice to have drop off and pick up.
The car was just as advertised and it made for a very comfortable vehicle for our family trip.
Sometimes business travel plans change outside of our control, and it is very important that we work together, such as adding a day to the reservation when needed (and if possible). 5 stars!!!!!

All Over Transport was very responsive, friendly and professional. The vehicle is in clean condition and has protective seat covers that feels clean tidy. Pick and drop off location was incredibly convenient as it's located in a very busy district. The owner met me the front and drop off was simple.
