The instructions 24 hours before the reservation was to start were clear and once we arrived at Boston Logan, finding the car was really easy and straightforward. The car itself was clean and drove great. The owner was very responsive and great to interact with. Would definitely rent their car again!

It drove perfectly smooth, and the fuel efficiency was impressive, making it an ideal choice for both city and highway driving. You can tell she takes great care of her vehicles. Overall, I highly recommend Pu to anyone using the Turo app. She is reliable, respectful, and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a positive experience. I was visiting Boston to drop off my son to his college. I needed a car that is big enough fit his luggages and dorm move-in stuffs, but not too big so I could maneuver in and out of the campis. This car was perfect. MPG is crazy good. The host was very informative. Everything worked like a charm. I will definitely come back and rent from Joao again!

Car (Toyota C-HR) was in great shape (with some normal wear from use), clean on pickup, and ran beautifully and safely for the six days of the trip. (Bluetooth on the car is the older style/no CarPlay or Android Auto, but still functioned as expected.) The host was kind and responsive both in messaging and in person - he happened to be there both for pickup and dropoff, and though it was a contactless check-in, he still came over to say hi. Easy experience and good rate for the car, would recommend and would rent again!

Great hosts with great communication! They were flexible with pickup and drop off location and were right on time for both. The car was clean and nice. I will definitely rent from them again, they made it easier than any large scale car rental by a lot.

Great car truck, easy pickup and return! Would book again!

We really enjoyed the car. It’s an older vehicle, but it was clean, well maintained, and did exactly what we needed. The host communicated very well and provided thorough instructions throughout the rental, which made the experience easy. The only challenge was returning the car. Since I couldn’t park it at the host’s location, I had to spend about 45 minutes driving around looking for street parking. Returning to Boston on a Sunday made finding a spot especially difficult. Fortunately, I eventually found one, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind if they’re unfamiliar with parking in the area.

Host was great with communicating, had clear and simple directions. Car was clean and drove smooth. Nothing fancy about the vehicle but for the price you can’t beat it! Host even left me a little gift car to Dunkin!!!
