The car was brand new and a joy to drive. Comm was quick and easy, and I was a little bit worried about the charging process, but it was quick and easy (went to a super charger, plugged in, and got a reimbursement request after)

I was expecting the car to be fully charged but Im not used to EVs so I guess they drain over time so I received the car at 20% and returned it at 20% and still got hit with a fee. So make sure you leave enough time at the end to fully charge the car before returning it.
