Very nice Carr. No problem picking the car up. The host was very responsive.

Car was good. Owner was very hostile when I was dropping of the vehicle. She told me to let her know if we would be arriving early, so I notified. Get to the drop off and she mentioned she wanted to get the vehicle from outside (assuming to avoid paying a parking fee). So I did wait. Thinking back I should have just parked the Vehicle where I picked it up from to avoid this all together. I’ve never had to do this with any other TURO vehicle. I always drop off where I pickup. Bummer way to end a fantastic trip!
