Prices were decent, especially for the size and year of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off were pretty simple and straightforward. Personally not the type of car I would go for, but due to my last sketchy host canceling on me hours before my trip because I covered my address in the license confirmation picture (which Turo allows you to do) that car was the greatest savior I have ever had! The host was awesome! He vacuumed and hosed the car down on the spot for me even though he was really busy. He even listened to me ranting about my trip lol and I appreciate that type of service. I'll definitely utilize them again if I ever get the chance.

This was by far one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had! Alberto’s communication before the trip was incredibly helpful, and the car was in pristine condition. He was easy to reach throughout the rental, and when we were running a couple of minutes late returning the car, he was completely understanding. The icing on the cake was that my daughter accidentally left her lovey in the car. Alberto immediately messaged me and even met us at the terminal to return it. That level of kindness and customer service truly went above and beyond. We will absolutely rent from Alberto again in the future!

Car and owner service was good. However, I am VERY disappointed with Turo Customer Service - no price adjustment made when I had to return the car 20 hrs early due to a family emergency. Prior notice was not possible. I will write a VERY BAD review about Turo unless a 1 day adjustment is made.

We had to book a last minute car rental and had a very smooth experience renting this Infinity SUV from Joe! The car is in super clean condition, had a lot of nice features (e.g. sun coverings for the window, built-in phone charger, cooling setting for seats), and drove very smoothly. Joe was also very accommodating and dropped off the car directly to me after I had train delays as well as let me drop off of the car early. I would rent this car from Joe again!

First things first the host Andrew was great he was very communicative and made pickup process so easy where you just pickup the car via unlock the app contactless! He made picking up the car easy to also answering any questions I had from before the trip even easier. Then the car Tesla Model Y was great as well it came well equipped with a Tesla mobile charger and air tire kit then Andrew went the extra mile to include the adapter for J1772 to Tesla adapter. The car itself was clean and nice not to mention the FSD was the biggest part of this drive it helped in so many ways regarding long trips and even on busy roads as well! Really this car just was so great and I would love to rent specifically from Andrew and his magikruiser again! Thank you Andrew for the best experience with your car and your hospitality!

The car was great. It was very reliable and got me and my family to all the places we wanted to go. The car was very spacious and comfortable. The owner Helen was very friendly and upon arrival the car had snacks inside of it. We had a wonderful easy vacation with the help of Turo shares. If we are ever in the area again we would be sure to rent again.

This was my first time to use Turo and I was completely satisfied with the service. Kevin was readily accessible, a pleasure to deal with and his Escalade was immaculate, just what our family of 6 needed. I was dreading the pick up and return, but with Kevin’s instructions, it went off like clockwork. Overall, I (my family as well) was very satisfied with all aspects of this trip and would not hesitate to use Turo and/or Kevin again.

Shannon was great with communication, and the Tesla was so helpful as it drove us around the city and the Cape. The vehicle was clean and everything worked exactly as described. Pickup at Boston Logan was simple, with clear directions on how to pick up and return the car. FSD is a game changer when going to places you’ve never been before — put in the address, sit back, and let it take you there. You arrive completely relaxed, with zero fatigue. Would absolutely book from Shannon again.

This was my first experience with Turo. I booked a Chevy suburban and the owner canceled the reservation four days before we were supposed to arrive in Boston.
