SUV rental at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

The host is outstanding! Responds promptly, very thoughtful in adding extra accessories for clients convenience. The car is very neath and runs great. Contactless and hazel-free pickup/drop off. I booked this vehicle as a damage control for a nightmare experience from an initial turo reservation. Absolutely the best restitution for the former. Thank you Alan's car rental.

Best Turo experience yet. Tim went way above and beyond to make our experience great. Our trip got moved up a couple of hours and Tim made it possible to reschedule our pick-up time a little earlier that planned which saved the day for us to make it to my daughter's wedding. If I return to this area, I'll certainly plan on booking with this host. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

The car was great. The pickup up was easy. Liang met us at the curb and handed us the keys. They were flexible with the return time and return was just as easy. Liang was there at the curb to take the car. Very easy. Much better than the rental counter

The rental was a lifesaver! I waited until the last minute to find a rental and all the name brand rental companies had no rentals except luxury vehicles. Great experience all around! The price was right, the car was clean, and the pickup and drop-off process couldn’t have been easier. It was perfect for our week exploring New England and putting some miles on the road. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

The car itself was great- very easy to maneuver and park. The trip before me left some damage to the outside, and the owner was easy to communicate with in order to verify it happened before my reservation.

Complete panic because every car rental place said they had nothing. I forgot it was a long weekend! Was suggested try this, car share. Was a little expensive but it was a peace of mind and a piece of cake, getting to car via bus, finding the car. Smooth. Rerun was just as easy. Would highly recommend depending on your price. But even a little quicker than going to a rental and waiting…

Recommend this option without reservation! Logan Airport is a tricky place. Host was immediately responsive and very helpful. Answered any and all questions in a very timely way. The car is beautiful, it’s well maintained, it’s clean, and it offers a very smooth, comfortable ride.

The car is really great! It drives nicely, has apple car play, good a/c and stereo! It was super clean and tidy when we picked it up as well. Ghulam was very responsive, kind, and flexible when we needed to adjust pick up time! We had no issues whatsoever, I’d book this again!

Pickup location was clear and great. Pick up time was a little late but fine all things considered.

They were so accommodating. And communicative. We needed a car seat for our toddler and they provided one without any issues. The car itself was very clean and perfect for our family trip. They were on time and met us at the airport for our pick up and drop off. I’d happily rent from them again in my next trip to Boston.

Great experience renting from Tim. His pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the car was clean, in great shape, and drove very smoothly. We were traveling with a baby and had plenty of cargo space for a full-size stroller, checked suitcase, and carry-on with the third row folded down. The included car seat was also a big plus and felt like an upgrade from what we typically find through rental car companies. Tim was helpful and communicative throughout the trip, and the return was very easy as well. Would definitely rent from him again.

Great rental experience! The car was comfortable and perfect for my weekend trip. The host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions, making the entire process smooth and hassle free. The only thing to note is that the car has regular radio and SiriusXM but no Bluetooth connectivity, which wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend renting this vehicle. I would happily book again!
