Great experience from start to finish. This vehicle was exactly what we needed in an emergency after another reservation was canceled on us while we were on the way. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and very clearly explained, which made everything much less stressful. The car itself was great, drove well, and made it easy for us to do everything we needed during the trip. The owner was also very understanding of our situation and went out of their way to help with accommodations, which we really appreciated. Super grateful for the experience and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend.

Prices were decent, especially for the size and year of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off were pretty simple and straightforward. Personally not the type of car I would go for, but due to my last sketchy host canceling on me hours before my trip because I covered my address in the license confirmation picture (which Turo allows you to do) that car was the greatest savior I have ever had! The host was awesome! He vacuumed and hosed the car down on the spot for me even though he was really busy. He even listened to me ranting about my trip lol and I appreciate that type of service. I'll definitely utilize them again if I ever get the chance.

Had a great experience renting this Tesla on Turo. Joe was very responsive, communicative, and accommodating throughout the trip, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car itself was in great condition and very clean. I especially appreciated the window tint/film, which really helped with sun and heat protection during driving. The owner also thoughtfully provided a phone holder and charging cables, which made navigation and charging much more convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and well-prepared rental experience — would definitely rent again!

Generally a great rental. Everything from pick up to hand off went smoothly and communication was good. There was a maintenance issue with a broken sun visor which didn't impact our trip (there was evidence of an attempted repair) but could have if we had sunny weather. Tesla owners should know that the car is locked in Chill acceleration mode and speed limited (75 mph) so if your looking for the regular dynamics of a model Y you will not get it. The car is a base level trim with no interior glass roof, no electrically folding mirrors, and no premium connectivity. I would rent the car again.

Alan car rental is the best place to rent if u are in need of a car, when I got there the car had needed a fuse they was going to change my vehicle but I want grab the fuse and everything was all set, they was very friendly answer very quickly they reimbursed me for the fuses car was very clean look just like the pictures, so run and get your next vehicle from there.. I usually rent from a major car service at the airport, but this time I tried Turo to save on costs—and I’m glad I did. Juan’s car was an excellent choice: brand new, reliable, spacious, and comfortable enough to fit four adult men plus plenty of fishing gear (we were chasing the world-famous Bluefin tuna at Cape Cod). On top of that, I saved about $1,000 compared to the big rental companies. Admittedly, renting through Turo at Boston Logan comes with some extra logistics. Parking, pickup, and drop-off can take more time and effort compared to a traditional rental counter. However, I had the flexibility to handle those minor inconveniences, and the savings made it more than worthwhile. Juan’s prompt communication and support also made the process much smoother. If you have a little extra time to work with at the airport, I would highly recommend Juan’s fleet of Turo cars.
