The pick was easy and the host was quick to respond. The car was clean and ran well however the front tires were not safe. It was late when we got in and the lighting is not good in the car garage so didn’t notice them until the morning. The front tires had very little tread which was not good for our rainy days, I could have probably dealt with that however the passengers tire had a slice in the sidewall, which I was not comfortable with. We were 3 hours away from our pickup location so returning the car was not an option, we ended up using another vehicle for our vacation ☹️ It was suggested that I get new tires and will be reimbursed, I’m sorry, I’m not paying the money I did to put new tires on a car or sitting in a tire shop on my vacation. The car was also due for an oil change according to the alert that came on every time you started the car and the sticker. I have pictures but not sure how to attach them. This was my first experience using Turo and has me questioning how well the cars are maintained.
