Car was clean and well taken care of but did have a lingering smell like the previous renter had smoked in the vehicle
We apologize for the less than satisfactory experience. Unfortunately because Marijuana is legal in Massachusetts, some renters feel as though they can smoke in Turo vehicles. We try our best to alleviate any odors, using every method available to us. I am sorry we fell short this time. Please do not hesitate to rent from us again.
