Car was clean. Owner was timely and responsive. Would recommend and use again. Car was also a good size for the Boston area easy to park and had room to carry our bags easy aswell

The car was clean and well-presented. It was fine cosmetic wise. Unfortunately, I experienced some mechanical issues that made me uncomfortable continuing the rental. The host was very respectful, communicative, and understanding when I explained why I needed to return the vehicle early. The host handled the situation professionally and made the return process easy. I appreciate how understanding and helpful they were despite the issues with the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to give them another try.
