We picked up this van in the economy lot at the Boston Logan Airport. The location was easy to find and get to. The owner gave very detailed directions on how to find the van. Made it very easy to locate and enter. The van was in great condition as advertised. Clean. Full tank and as is as posted on site.
During our time with it, there was a couple of issues that we dealt with. We notified the owner and they immediately responded with a solution/assistance. We weren’t able to utilize the roadside assistance so they financially compensated us for our inconvenience and troubles. GREATLY APPRECIATED!
The entire time the owner was very responsive, immediately responded to our questions and was very personable. We would rent from this owner again.

Someone has smoke in the car previously and you can smell it when the car gets hot inside.
It is not the cleanest car on the inside, but there were not many options and it got the job done to get my family around New England.
Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. 🙏
