Yvegeny was very accommodating and communicative. My family and I arrived earlier than the pick up time and Yvegeny helped me navigate the Turo app in order to change the pick up and drop off times. He also checked on us during our trip. His Mazda was spacious and has efficient. We would rent from him again.
The Mazda did great in snow & ice, got good fuel economy, and was very clean. The host was responsive and flexible. Would definitely rent from again.
Great SUV. Host was great because they had an option to return car to different airport then pick up and his son met us at departure drop off. Very clean ran very well Anchorage to Fairbanks over 9 days and boy did those tinted windows come in handy.

We took my son to Alaska to celebrate his graduation from high school. My wife suggested going with Turo. The company that provided the vehicle was Caribou Auto Rentals. I wasn't sure what to expect with this experience as we usually go with the regular companies like Hertz, Enterprise, etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised end-to-end and would encourage others to give this a shot. There was solid communication throughout. We got picked up from the airport and it took us to the designated car lot where the vehicle was waiting. They gave us a code thru the app and by email for the lockbox that was attached to the window and the key was inside. We showed a picture of a pass they provided to exit the lot and the same when we returned the vehicle. We got an older SUV that had 100K + miles but it worked just fine. It had some scratches and bumps on the exterior, which I think is to be expected, but we took a video before we started driving it and another when we returned it. The interior was VERY clean. And one thing that definitely stands out regarding the whole experience, besides it being a great deal, was the communication. The responsiveness to any messages was excellent and that went a long way. I would recommend this service to others and would use it again myself!

Die Schlüsselübergabe beim pick up und drop off ging reibungslos, alles automatisch und perfekt vorbereitet. Enzo war auch für Kleinigkeiten, wie Parkplatzgebühren, Infos usw. immer verfügbar.
