Car pickup was super easy, communication was excellent. Roman was really responsive and we were pleased with the car. The only issue we had was when we picked up the car it appeared the front bumper was loose and it ended up falling even further down where we had to get some duct tape to hold it back up so we could get to the airport. But Roman was responsive even through that. I would rent from him again, just probably a newer car.
Older car, but it got us where we needed to go. Very grateful to be able to rent with unlimited mileage. There was a little snafu upon pickup, but the owners were speedy in resolving the issue.

Yuri was a phenomenal host—his communication was top-notch, and the car itself was fantastic. I would absolutely rent from him again, just not through Turo. Turo completely ruined the first two days of my vacation. They initially gave me a car with a faulty, low battery and left me stranded at the airport for 6–7 hours before finally assigning a replacement. To make matters worse, I had booked a hybrid but was downgraded to a gas vehicle, which cost me money on prepaid activities I missed due to the delay. Turo's 24/7 support was completely unhelpful throughout the ordeal.
