The car was clean and ready to go same day. The Kia drove great and I would 10/10 would rent again if in Alaska.

We had a great experience with this car. It comfortably fit 7 people, which was perfect for our trip. The car was very clean, drove smoothly, and was in excellent condition. Thomas was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire rental process. He made everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend renting from him and would be happy to rent from him again in the future.

Was thankful Kiril had a car available to rent. It’s busy season in Anchorage and all the car rental companies were sold out of cars. Was a good rental experience not a far pick up and drop off spot from downtown Anchorage. Would recommend.

The Kia we rented exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, dependable, and much nicer than I anticipated. Throughout our trip to Alaska, it performed really well (brand new tires and all), and I never had a single concern about its reliability. Also, I opted to rent an air mattress from her as an additional item for my trip and I am so thankful I did [as I didn’t have to sleep on the rocky ground my last night of the trip while tent camping]. So if you're looking for a trustworthy rental with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend renting from Jessica Ann. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. In fact, I intend to next time I come back to Anchorage!

Yevgeniy was an outstanding host! The Kia Sorento was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really set this experience apart was the service, he met us right at the airport terminal door both when we arrived and when we departed, making the pickup and return incredibly easy and stress free. Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and everything went exactly as promised. I would absolutely rent from Yevgeniy again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle free experience.

Perfect car, and an amazing host, Art. The entire process was fantastic, seamless, and the 2016 KIA Sorento was a perfect car for our group of 5 adults plus a child! We fit all our luggage, plus a week of groceries. Art was an amazing host, he was responsive, friendly, easy going, and punctual. We felt like we borrowed a car from a friend, which really helps to take worry and pressure off of renting a car. We changed our plans last minute and left at midnight, and Art responded immediately, and met us at the airport. I do not understand some of the negative reviews, but we know that the harsh Alaska winters/roads take a toll on the cars here. We intentionally rented an older car from Art, knowing that the overall appearance of a car does not affect getting from point A to point B. We didn’t feel worried about driving on a gravel road, or if we had a rock in our shoe- and this made our trip so much more enjoyable- as we were able to focus on time with family rather than stressing about keeping up with a brand new shiny car. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better car for getting around type our five day trip! Thank you Art!
