Car had a smell to it which the person made me aware of. But there was also a huge crack in the windshield right in eyeline which wasn’t ideal. Other than that good ride. Easy pickup and drop off.

First experience with Turo. Positives - car was in position early in parking garage. Great mileage. Negatives: massive crack in windshield plus another chip in it. Was not warned or told about this in advance. Crack was right in sight line and pretty distracting. Car smelled of pot - Strongly. There was a freshener put in there but it really couldn’t fix that issue. I get that the prior renters have done this, but it shouldn’t be up to the next renter to find this out the hard way and I think it should have been addressed before pickup. I notified owner of the issues at pickup but after traveling for 14 hours, was not happy to have issues. If the car had not had these issues then it would have been 5 stars.
