We used Lisa’s ford all over Alaska for a week. It was lovely! She had it so clean for us! There were even guides for different cities in the car. In the back she had paper towels, lunch baggies, off bug spray, everything one might need for a trip around Alaska. So thankful for the use of her car. Thank you!

The 2018 Ford Focus met our needs nicely -- though it is a bit gutless as it didn't immediately respond when I tried to quickly increase speed. That said, the rental experience was very good. Rob was more than accommodating, friendly and helpful. The car came with a USB charger for the vehicle's port, and there was a new pack of gum in the console -- a nice gift. Would rent again from this Turo source! Five stars.

Empire Monarchs Women's Rugby Club participated for the first time in the Alaska Midnight Sun 7s Tournament. The cargo van rental made it extremely convenient for entire team to commute during our Alaska stay. Rob communicates promptly and is kind. We had no issue booking, picking up, operating it, and returning it. We enjoyed our rental.
The van looked brand new. It was mechanically perfect, handled and road like a luxury car. Everyone had tons of room, a comfortable seat and a great view. The van also did very well with fuel economy.

He went above and beyond and made sure we had a smooth experience the day we landed at Alaska all the way up to the end of the trip. Even though there was a minor issue with my original rental, their customer service was outstanding. They resolved everything immediately and upgraded me to a better vehicle for the same price.
