Couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle to rent for our drive to Denali. Car is in perfect condition. Pickup right at airport garage, super easy and straight forward. Lexus was right mix of comfort and capable, moving 4 adults and a crap load of luggage, coming off an 8 day cruise. Kimball was responsive and flexible on pickup and drop off location and time.

The car was perfect for our needs on this trip. We needed room for 5 pieces of luggage and 4 people. The Lexus GX fit the bill just fine. Chiiwen was great dropping the car off at our hotel and picking it up at a different hotel. Everything was smooth other than the initial booking through Turo's website and my hotel's sorry internet. Chiiwen was very helpful.
