The car was perfect for our needs on this trip. We needed room for 5 pieces of luggage and 4 people. The Lexus GX fit the bill just fine. Chiiwen was great dropping the car off at our hotel and picking it up at a different hotel. Everything was smooth other than the initial booking through Turo's website and my hotel's sorry internet. Chiiwen was very helpful.

We rented the Lexus for a week. We came to visit family prior to a cruise. We picked up at the airport and returned in Whittier. The Lexus fit our family of 5 and our luggage perfectly. We were initially supposed to return the vehicle back to the airport but we realized getting to Whittier isn’t the most convenient. Chiiwen was able to accommodate the change in our return location which was a lifesaver. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. There is a constant beeping sound that we could not figure out where it was coming from. It came on when starting the car and only turned off when the car turned off. We tried to drown it out with music.

The car itself was great! Very quiet and smooth ride. It was clean and had zero issues. The pickup was easy and Vugar gave us very detailed instructions for both pick up and drop off. They were communicative about where to find the car in the parking area and responded very quickly to messages. Fantastic hosts and I would not hesitate to rent from them again! Thanks!

The Lexus was wonderful. Plenty of room for our bags with 13 days worth of travel supplies, clothes and food. It has lane tracing with level 2 auto steering. Fantastic mpg and we always felt safe.

Car delivered exactly as advertised, and Jonathan the host was extraordinary. He was very prompt with answers to any of my questions, and even anticipated some that I had not yet formed.!...When I checked the car in, there were some technical gliches, and Jonathan solved them for me while I boarded a plane. ..Top Gun experience......
