Toyota rental in Anchorage, AK

First time to use Turo. Doug & Angie did a great job guiding me through the Turo pick up and drop off procedures. Its quite a bit different and more complicated than a typical car rental company. They also help me understand the quirks of how Turo works with unexpected airline schedule changes. The vehicle was as described and functioned as expected. Great mileage also. Love Toyota

This truck was killer! My brother and I rented it to get us all around the Kenai Peninsula and it did it in style. This truck has a locking topper/camper shell which is really nice for keeping your expensive gear safe and dry. Fuel efficient and comfy too! Bang for your buck on this one! I would definitely rent again. And the process was very easy due to the car being a short uber ride away from the airport.

This is the first time I've ever used Turo, and Ralphie made my experience GREAT! His car was extremely clean and it was obvious that he cared deeply about maintaining it in great shape. The pickup and returning of his car was also easy and seamless. And the total cost was approximately half what I would have paid at an airport car rental. The car was great with excellent gas mileage. Zion was pleasant and great to work with. There was cosmetic damage from a previous renter, however Zion informed me a mechanic checked it over and was reassuring to know Zion informed me upfront. I would rent again.

Quality of the car was good. I wish you would have been a little cheaper for the rent but it was nice to have a reliable vehicle. The host was very patient with me.

Great experience renting with Hannah and her van. The car ran great. Gas mileage was awesome. Held 5 adults and all of our luggage. We had zero issues, pick up and drop off were seamless. Highly recommend!!

The Toyota Corolla cross was clean and in excellent condition. The host was excellent to work with and I would definitely rent from them again.

GREAT host. Great communication and super reliable nice truck. I would highly recommend renting from Colleen. We got to see alot of the local mountains and the Matanuska glacier. We also got to see 10 dall sheep and 5 moose. I will rent from again in the future. Mahalo Colleen 🤙🤙

The Toyota Sienna was great. Host dropped off the van at the airport making pickup supper easy. Host responded to all inquiries quickly. Highly recommend this rental.

This Rav4 was awesome. The car wasn’t ready when we landed. I hadn’t received a code for pick up like the directions said, but when I messaged Zion, he responded immediately. Apparently the car had not been cleaned. He cleaned it and dropped it off directly to us at baggage claim for the inconvenience. We had to wait about 30 minutes. The car is amazing on gas! It is also super comfortable for all the driving you will do in Alaska. The heated seats were an excellent feature, since we were traveling from Hawaii. We got a lot of use out of them. We did not pick up the car but drop off was super easy. Zion was a great host. We would definitely rent from him again and would recommend this car to anyone.

There are not enough stars to rate Sergei and his service and product ! So incredibly easy to communicate with to start ! Truck was at arrivals before our bags came off plane . Truck was pristine and everything we needed and so much more . Loved the comfort and the added convenience of a car wash membership that we could take advantage of and keep the truck clean and tidy throughout the trip.
