This is the first time I've ever used Turo, and Ralphie made my experience GREAT! His car was extremely clean and it was obvious that he cared deeply about maintaining it in great shape. This Toyota Sienna did exactly what a Toyota Sienna is supposed to do. It hauled people, luggage, snacks, questionable gas station purchases, and everyone’s bad decisions without a single complaint. We put plenty of miles on it, and it never once acted like it had somewhere better to be. It started every time, rode comfortably, and got us where we needed to go with the quiet confidence of a van that has seen things. Ying was a fantastic host—friendly, easy to work with, and had everything ready to go. If you’re looking for something flashy, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a van that treats long road trips like a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood, you’ve found it.
