The host was responsive and very accommodating when we had a flight delay. They made it very easy to pick up and return the car to the airport. I would not hesitate to rent from this host again. The car served its purpose and got us around. It was clean inside. However, the interior had a strange smell, it sometimes smelled of oil, it sounded a little rough when it drove, and the windshield wipers did not work well.
Vugar was terrific!! From assisting us to even get our license and picture in the app. Vugar met us right there in the parking garage. The car is like brand new. Super clean. Vugar was also open to picking his car up at the house we were staying. Fabulous service! Yes, we will rent again!! Thank you so much!!!
The car clean and as expected. The host was very communicative and pick-up/drop off was easy. She was very flexible about our flight delay. The only minor complaints were the windshield wipers need to be replaced and the two air fresheners were overwhelming. Not a big deal, we just put the air fresheners in the consul. I would rent from this host again.
This car was a dream to drive. It handles so smoothly, that it didn’t even feel like I was driving a large suv. It was clean, roomy and extra comfortable. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, very clear instructions and easy to find. I would absolutely rent again.
