This was my first time booking through Turo, I am used to booking through traditional rental companies such as Enterprise, Alamo etc. Doug and Angie made sure everything was communicated well in advance and in great details so there’s no last minute surprises. Exact pickup location and detailed step by step guidance was provided to ensure smooth pickup. The car was in good condition and overall the experience was great. I will definitely book with them when I return to Anchorage/Alaska!
