This was our very first time using Turo. Alex was amazing! We’ve stood for HOURS in check in lines at rental car booths but never again. Alex was at the airport within both to pick up and drop off. If we had questions he was quick to respond. It was such a pleasure working with him and made our Alaska trip that much more memorable. If you want to road trip Alaska, a Subaru is the way to do it!

Car was exactly described and looked and smelled freshly cleaned for pickup. Handled great with rainy weather and had plenty of room for luggage (honestly bigger than I needed), but would be perfect for families. I drive a Subaru at home, so it was nice to have a familiar vehicle while traveling!
