Art was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire trip. The car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. He was upfront about the check engine light and explained that he was already aware of it, which I really appreciated because it showed honesty and transparency. On our last day, he offered to extend our rental for a couple of hours, which gave us extra time to enjoy Anchorage before our flight. To top it all off, he even drove us to the airport, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, a great experience with an excellent host. I would definitely rent from him again!
