Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to give a big shout out to Alex! This was our first time using Turo and it was nothing but great! Alex provided a really nice, clean & comfortable car. It did not disappoint. Alex was very communicative & professional. He gave the best & easiest instructions for picking up to dropping off. He made the whole process NO STRESS!! Thank you Alex!! Renting this van was an absolute no-brainer! We didn’t need something this big but thought the views would be better for the passengers. Everyone had plenty of room, very comfortable and great views. The van was very easy to drive and gets fuel economy that’s similar to a minivan. We got just under 20 miles per gallon. Brian is an incredible host who was very helpful with travel advice and suggestions. Awesome trip!
Alyssa provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Communication was seamless, the pickup and return process was effortless, and everything was exactly as promised. The car was disinfected and in a great condition. Everything was clean and tidy. The engine runs smooth and the acceleration is great. Also excellent mileage. Janet was on top of all communication. We are grateful to Janet for giving us a memorable trip experience in Alaska.

The whole experience was great. Brian was very responsive and helpful in answering all my queries. The car itself was well maintained, clean and easily accommodated 9 of us with plenty of space to spare for bags. Drop off and pick up was right outside the baggage claim, which is unheard of even with a rental car company. I would definitely book the van again on my next trip.
