We had some travel plans that got changed up by the airline and we were unable to pick up the car as scheduled. Arthur and crew were super communicative and flexible. We opted to pick up the car at their house, and save a ton on the rental fees, and it was a seamless process. The car was in good condition, fueled up and ran well. I’d gladly rent from them again.
We used the car for four days and were pleased with the price, comfort, communication with owner, and pick-up/delivery options. Having transportation enhanced our visit and enabled us to enjoy more of Alaska! We would definitely rent again!
