My original reservation for a car fell thru at the very last minute and Dakota was amazing at picking up my request immediately and was able to accommodate my request. The car was so much fun, very reliable and comfortable. For my first time using Turo, this turned out to be a great experience and I will definitely use Turo again. Overall was a very good experience for my first time using Turo. We arrived a little early, I contacted Terrick and he had the car there within minutes. The jeep had somewhere in tear, but was clean enough and the problem free. The only hiccup was that it took a little bit to find the car mostly because of my unfamiliarity with Anchorage Airport. Again, being my first time with Turo I had some questions and Terrick answered almost immediately and was very helpful.
