We had an excellent experience! The car was clean, reliable, and drove perfectly throughout our trip in Alaska. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive from beginning to end, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommended!
Overall this vehicle completely met our needs for our Alaska visit. Very cost effective compared to a similar vehicle rental price from the regular car rental places. We had our trip start time for 1:30pm and while the vehicle was not at the airport ready for us at 1:30, they had it there shortly after that and it worked to just meet us outside baggage claim, which was convenient and really did not delay us much. Two things we noticed - the vehicle is overdue for an alignment; the wheel needs to be held left to keep straight and while this didn’t impact our experience it should be addressed. Also, the backup camera is permanently blurry even after we tried to wipe it off thinking it was just wet/dirty. The car was delivered to us very clean, full of gas, and the host was very communicative. Returning at the airport garage was simple and convenient. I would rent from this host again.
Car was great! They didn’t do airport pick up so we had to take a taxi to the area to pick up our car. Otherwise communication was great would rent again from them.

Easy pick up, convenient location, and we really appreciated the comfort and efficiency of this car. It’s pretty unique to have a small car with a diesel engine. Gas prices were high and we saved money on fuel. Alex was great and easy to work with.

10/10 rental. Amanda and her husband Van were responsive and very professional hosts! We learned a ton about the area from them, and the airport pickup & drop off were smooth as butter. The trailblazer was spacious, spotless, and fuel-efficient. It even had a heated steering wheel and outlets for keeping phones charged! Perfect for getting around Alaska in comfort while easily handling national park roads. Would absolutely rent again!

This car was perfect for our large group of 8 and all our luggage for a 13 day trip. Car was in fine working order and Kiril is a great host with quick response time to any questions we had. Being able to rent extras like chairs, and ice chests was such a huge bonus as well! The convenience of picking up the car late after our flight is so nice and convenient. Will definitely use Turo again, thanks Kiril for making our first experience so smooth!

This was our first time using Turo and it was a breeze with the help of Kiril. Great communication and he was on top of all questions. The car did have dings and scratches (I didn’t care) but wasn’t represented in the online photos- I just made sure to document in them in the pre inspection. I rent from main stream car rental companies for work so there’s slight paranoia about getting accused of making those scratches or chips in the windshield. But no issues when returning and the car got us from point A to B just fine. 100% recommend and we’ll be renting from Kiril next time we’re in AK!
