Overall this vehicle completely met our needs for our Alaska visit. Very cost effective compared to a similar vehicle rental price from the regular car rental places. We had our trip start time for 1:30pm and while the vehicle was not at the airport ready for us at 1:30, they had it there shortly after that and it worked to just meet us outside baggage claim, which was convenient and really did not delay us much. Two things we noticed - the vehicle is overdue for an alignment; the wheel needs to be held left to keep straight and while this didn’t impact our experience it should be addressed. Also, the backup camera is permanently blurry even after we tried to wipe it off thinking it was just wet/dirty. The car was delivered to us very clean, full of gas, and the host was very communicative. Returning at the airport garage was simple and convenient. I would rent from this host again.

The vehicle was clean and brought right to the arrival doors. Upon drop off we had a large amount of baggage. The vehicle was picked up right after we finished unloading the van. We would rent this vehicle again.

This was our first time using Turo and it was a breeze with the help of Kiril. Great communication and he was on top of all questions. The car did have dings and scratches (I didn’t care) but wasn’t represented in the online photos- I just made sure to document in them in the pre inspection. I rent from main stream car rental companies for work so there’s slight paranoia about getting accused of making those scratches or chips in the windshield. But no issues when returning and the car got us from point A to B just fine. 100% recommend and we’ll be renting from Kiril next time we’re in AK!
Wonderful gas efficient car to get you around the city and where ever you need to go. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with and responded super fast with any concerns. Was able to get car last minute and with ease. As well as extend for an extra day and add driver without issues. Highly recommend and would rent again from host. Thank you so much!

These guys were great! They were extra accommodating. I had a cancelled flight and wanted to rent the car again on short notice, at 11pm on New Year’s Eve. The hosts responded immediately and even price matched a different Turo car they rent out at a cheaper price. The car itself was clean, had winter tires and was easy to access. 5/5 would def rent from these guys again!
