We enjoyed our trip! The car was clean upon pickup and was ready promptly at our scheduled time.

The experience was negative, mainly because of the way the reservation was handled. At the last minute, I was forced to change my original reservation to a different vehicle, which caused quite a lot of inconvenience.
In addition, the vehicle was left at a location that was not clearly explained, and the host did not respond to my messages when I needed clarification.
As for the vehicle itself, it was clean, in normal condition, and I did not experience any problems during the rental.
Overall, the car did its job, but the last-minute change and, especially, the lack of communication and clear instructions significantly affected the experience.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the young man that brought us to the airport it was such a great employee. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we’re happy that we were able to rent a car locally. I wish the prices weren’t so high, but I understand it.

Driver door key fob was not working (manual operation). RR passenger tire pressure was low, wiper blades need replacement. Except these, Car was in a good condition, fair charges and clean.

Extremely disappointed with this rental. I picked up the car at 1 AM only to find a low tire pressure warning due to a nail in the tire, creating a very stressful drive to my hotel. The next morning, the host expected me to go get it fixed myself.
To make matters worse, the driver-side door would not latch properly. I had to stop by their office to get it looked at, but they couldn't fix it, forcing me to manually lock the door with the physical key every single time. On top of that, the car jerked and palpitated heavily whenever I accelerated. When I requested a replacement vehicle for these blatant safety issues, they refused to provide one. Unsafe car and poor customer service. Avoid.

When the tire warning appeared, we responded promptly and had you bring the vehicle to our shop, where the tire was repaired. We also inspected the driver's door and provided a temporary solution for the remainder of your trip.
Regarding the acceleration concern, no mechanical issue was found during our inspection after the rental. We appreciate your feedback.
