Brayden was great and the car was great!

Had the car reserved at 3:30pm, I could not get an answer where to get the car. Car was mine at 3:38. Not a big deal, but he could have simply said he was running late rather than keep me wondering. Car itself was good, but the rear view mirror is loose and jiggles around. Other than that, no issues.
Guest asked where the vehicle was 15 minutes before start time. I immediately let him know that I would have an exact Parking and key information over to him as soon as I found an open parking space.
Over the next 15 minutes, he continued to ask where the vehicle would be. The vehicle was parked and ready for him to begin his check-in procedures at 3:32 PM. He was rude and pushy during communication.

Pick up was easy and he was very helpful with last minute drop off changes. The car was clean with normal wear and tear for rough Alaska roads. The set of tires still having the tire studs caused some unnecessary stress being off season. He was very responsive throughout.

Turo is a great way to rent a car. We will use this service again in the future much easier than using public transportation and or rental cars.
