First time to use Turo. Doug & Angie did a great job guiding me through the Turo pick up and drop off procedures. Its quite a bit different and more complicated than a typical car rental company. They also help me understand the quirks of how Turo works with unexpected airline schedule changes. The vehicle was as described and functioned as expected. Great mileage also. Love Toyota

Overall the experience was positive. We struggled with communication with the host as their phone number has a full mailbox and they did not return calls or texts. Messages through Turo to the host to coordinate pickup were not returned. The car when picked up was clean and tidy. We did notice the tags were expired.
