Everything exceeded expectations

Overall, we had a great experience and the car worked perfectly for our trip. My only disappointment was the pickup/drop-off. The listing advertised free delivery within 15 miles, so we specifically booked a hotel less than 3 miles from the host’s home to avoid airport delivery fees. Unfortunately, we still had to Uber to and from the host’s house to pick up and return the vehicle, which added about $50 in unexpected transportation costs. Traveling with two small kids and all of our luggage made this especially difficult and inconvenient. Aside from that, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the vehicle.
