Yuri was a phenomenal host—his communication was top-notch, and the car itself was fantastic. I would absolutely rent from him again, just not through Turo. Turo completely ruined the first two days of my vacation. They initially gave me a car with a faulty, low battery and left me stranded at the airport for 6–7 hours before finally assigning a replacement. To make matters worse, I had booked a hybrid but was downgraded to a gas vehicle, which cost me money on prepaid activities I missed due to the delay. Turo's 24/7 support was completely unhelpful throughout the ordeal.
