Roman was a wonderful person to work with. We had trouble getting checked in on the app being a first time user. Roman went out of his way to help make this a good experience. I would use his service next time I need a car.

This was my first time using turo and it was great! Easy pick up and drop off. No issues with the car. Was great having our own wheels to explore. Would use again 10/10

Car quality was poor. Tank not completely full. Roman was pleasant, but Turo failed to correct a billing overcharge and I will be filing a complaint to the Attorney General’s office.
John was pissed off at everything, days before he even picked up the vehicle. He promised to leave a negative review if Turo didn't refund him $30 for making a mistake during the booking process.
No smoking allowed
