Very professional, I would not mind renting another Van provided they incorporate better processes. Very smooth delivery on arrival, however lack of communication ensuring change of plan for is well received for pickup on closure or trip. Originally they should have come to pickup vehicle on closure of trip 10:30 AM from my hotel, they change the plan of physical pick and did not bother to ensure new plan is communicated abd well received. No phone call, an incomplete message was sent 1.5 hours prior to close out, with incomplete detail how to. We have to arrange all and left key at front desk, took me additional 55 mins to do it and almost missed my flight. They went for a teip on hills and phone also did noy work, left voice messages to call me to figure our why they did not show up anf what I should do to hand over vehicle..

I pride myself on great customer service and solid communication. I reached to this guest a day before and then 1.5 hours before the trip end with the detailed basic instructions for remote car return. The guest then called me almost 1hr after the trip end time asking for return instructions. I asked him if he read my messages and he said "No" then continued to blame me for not being packed for his return flight home.🤷
