All the windshields are cracked from this place. The car was filthy when i picked it up in the name of “getting it to me quicker”. I was offered to come back the next day however i don’t have that pleasure of time. Host are only responding when they need something. Anyone inside the facility acts like they’ve never even heard of Turo in their life. I get having cancer it sucks. But your cx support is atrocious. Turo doesn’t tell you who it’s from before you order so this facility has a monopoly on the “cheapest” cars. They tell you before the windshield may be cracked from summer. I’m almost to November and it’s still broken. Of course if you try to cancel it I’m without a vehicle and then i get charged a premium rate because i “scheduled last minute” when i did it days in advance. Turo support is ZERO help it’s all foreigners who hate their lives and jobs and just want to hang up on you.

Can’t make everyone happy and this is one of those people! We ensured he can’t rent from us anymore nor would we want his business. All of the issues arose when we wouldn’t refund the client. Yes we only respond to messages on here to keep proof and civil. Never again Samuel…
