Nice car. Easy pickup and drop off. It’s a Mercedes, so some controls are different, like seat position. It took us a while to figure out how to adjust the seat and then once you discover how to adjust it, which is with switches on the door. It’s really easy. But look online first, so you don’t waste your time. We definitely rent again.

This ia a beaitiful car, rides like a dream and it was delivered clean as a whistle. Chen is so easy to deal with and adds a personal touch to the Turo experience. Would give him 6 stars if possible. I had a great experience renting Alexander’s Mercedes van on Turo. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable for both short trips and longer drives. You can tell Alexander takes pride in keeping the van in excellent condition. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Alexander was responsive, flexible, and made the pickup and drop-off process quick and hassle-free. I’d absolutely rent from Alexander again and highly recommend his van to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable ride.

Had a great experience renting the Mercedes SLK AMG. The car itself was an absolute blast to drive — powerful, sporty, and perfect for enjoying a nice day with the top down. The pickup process was smooth and communication with the host was easy and professional throughout. The vehicle did have quite a few cosmetic marks and the front had some PPF on it, which you could notice on close inspection. However, it didn’t affect the driving experience at all and the car still performed exactly how you’d expect from an AMG. Overall, it was a fun rental and a great way to enjoy a luxury sports car for the day. I’d definitely rent again
