First time using Turo and would definitely rent from Thomas again. We had an unforseen dilemma (not any fault of the host) the first day that immediately stressed me out and required to switch cars. Thomas communicated with me directly and remedied the situation swiftly. He even offered to help with some stuff that really wasn't his responsibility on our last day. Because of how he handle our hiccup is the reason I'd give 6 stars if possible. You can tell he cares about his customers having a good experience and leaving feeling treated great.
This rental went perfectly. Easy to get approved. Easy to get the vehicle. It was clean and it performed very well. No issues at all. Would be happy to work with Carlos in the future.
Car was extremely clean and washed when I picked it up. Roderick was always very nice and responded right away to any questions I had. This was my first time using this app and I'll def recommend him to anyone looking for a nice ride

This is a fantastic car to rent for your travel needs- very clean, easy to drive, and comfortable with lots of extra space! The car is BRAND NEW, and Roderick is a very responsive host. This is the 2nd time I rented from him. Perfect!!
I had a rough time with my own self - locking the keys in the trunk within the first hour of my rental! Luckily, Roderick promptly responded and solved the problem. A locksmith was there in 20 minutes. All in all, Roderick communicated excellently from start to finish, including making the process easier with pre-loaded pictures. The car is new, clean, has many nice features, and handles well.

Amazing car!! Great on mileage!! I took it to Sedona and back from Phoenix!! I used it for moving in and around Sedona! I only paid 28$ for gas for the whole week! And plus Fahad is a great guy! My rental company ditched me last minute and he could accomodate me right away last minute

Great customer service, thank you. Very responsive, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile. The car was very clean and definitely wasn’t a muscle car. I tested it to see how fast I could go 0 to 60 and I swear it muttered, “am going am going, what’s the rush?” Seriously though, it was comfortable and met my needs very well.
The car is in a very good condition with navigation and reverse camera systems. Had a good trip twice in this one.

Much different from the corporate rental experience, due to the direct communication and that I was more aware of using a personal vehicle. Although the car wasn't clean when I picked it up. But it was super easy to pickup and dropoff on my own. Overall was a good experience for me using TURO for the first time. I would suggest Carlos to keep the car clean inside and outside. I was thinking to rate 4 stars. But as the service went smoothly and did the job well so I don't want to complain so much about it. The car was 2017 Yaris but it was hard to believe that the car is only 2 years old. Hope Carlos take care of it next time. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.
