Toyota rental in Tempe, AZ

Directions were very precise for both pick up and return (although I didn't realize there was an additional step to checkout in Turo). Car drove great and it was perfect for our trip. Will definitely rent via Jonathan if we are back in PHX. Better experience than renting from the big car rental companies

Car was clean and ready to go. Owner was quick to reply following booking as well as making us aware of issue that came up just before our trip. Wanted to confirm we would be comfortable with vehicle. It was a joy to drive… and gave us the ability to test drive for 5 days. Dare I say this SUV family likely to be going back to a hybrid minivan for our next vehicle. Thx again will rent again if we do not buy one before next trip.

Pick up and drop off super easy, didn’t have to pay to get in or out of parking lot. Car was clean and easy to drive. Great communication with host. I had to extend the car for a couple of hours same day and really appreciated the last minute extension. Will rent again, thanks!

We have been wanting to purchase a Toyota Sienna for awhile and wanted to really test one out with 3 car seats, with the kids and see how it worked for our family. This was a great opportunity! Very easy to use and worked well for us!

Car was in good location at airport and instructions to get there were easy. Van was in good condition. Car seats were different than we were used to so took time to figure out. Ac worked.

This is the family car! The van is well maintained, and set up for ease! Justin and his crew are on top of everything! The van is so spacious with so much storage! The kids loved the DVD player and how much space they had not being on top of each other. If you have ridden with kids, you know how space is the most valuable commodity. This van has it in droves. I opted to add the roof rack attachment for additional storage and it was so helpful and a great place to store things out of the way. I had a really late/early pick-up and the host made sure to upload a video really early so I had time to watch it and ask questions before the trip even started. This is a really great car and a really great team. I’ve rented now a couple times with them and a couple things I feel really excited to share: they are super responsive, someone is available at all times, they are very accommodating and helpful, any requests or questions I had were handled and anytime they could do anything to help, they did. The vehicles are clean. Easy to locate and easy to drive. 10/10 experience.

This car is new, clean and exactly as described! This Toyota Corolla drove smoothly and had incredible gas mileage. Traveling as a single woman, I appreciated how safe the pick up location was. There is a free shuttle from PHX airport to the parking garage where you will pick up the car. Instructions were very clear and simple as well! Will most definitely rent again.
