Toyota rental in Tempe, AZ

Directions were very precise for both pick up and return (although I didn't realize there was an additional step to checkout in Turo). Car drove great and it was perfect for our trip. Will definitely rent via Jonathan if we are back in PHX. Better experience than renting from the big car rental companies

Our first time booking with Turo and couldn’t be more impressed with AZ Roadrunner Car Rental! The Toyota Sienna was in pristine condition upon pick up. The pick up details were clear and detailed and the vehicle was really easy to locate due to the pictures provided in the instructions. The host and co-host were super responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We enjoyed our AZ family vacation and a big part of that was because of this cozy, comfy, and reliable vehicle and hosts. I had a really great trip. Initially, located in the car was a bit of a challenge. But with the email communication between the host and -I and of course asking the airport staff, I was able to make my way from baggage claim to the Sky Train. Sky Train is great. The drop-off station was right at the car pick up location. The 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid did have some damage on the front driver side bumper and fender. I was able to note that with many pictures. My suggestion would be to place the damaged detail in the car selection menu for anyone who is going to be reserving the car ahead of time. The car itself performed magnificently. No problems at all. In fact, I was able to keep up with the very fast moving traffic in phoenix without any car issues at all. Check in and check out.Was very easy with the onside attendant, taking care of mostly everything. Thank you for a very good vehicle. Location was so safe and secure! I had a private code to get into a safe lot. I was able to leave my car for a daily fee, that made it so convenient for drop off and pick up. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful. I picked up very early in the morning, dropped off very late and they were available and responsive both times. Brand new car, ran immaculately. Amazing mile per gallon ratio, would definitely rent from this host again!

This car is new, clean and exactly as described! This Toyota Corolla drove smoothly and had incredible gas mileage. Traveling as a single woman, I appreciated how safe the pick up location was. There is a free shuttle from PHX airport to the parking garage where you will pick up the car. Instructions were very clear and simple as well! Will most definitely rent again.
