Beautiful car. Rides very well. It took me time to finally figure out where to pick it up. Their pick up and return system is great once you know where to go. I used chat GPT after 3 hours of walking around the Airport (my luggage was delayed) getting on the train to go to the car rental center. DON’T!!!!! You have to catch the pre flight shuttle to the pre flight parking lot. I finally got the car and my trip was great!! I also had to ask CHAT GPT where the button was to open the gas tank door. I finally found it. It’s along the floor board on the drivers side. One last thing, in past reviews I saw that people complained about an odor in the car. YES it was there and very strong. I saw air refresher tags throughout the car but they had lost their fragrance. I saturated them with an essential oil fragrance I made for my granddaughter. It worked. Not sure how long it will last but it was still working at the end of my trip. Back to basics, it’s a wonderful vehicle . I felt safe and loved driving it. I will rent from them again anytime I head to Phoenix. I did have trouble with this App going and coming but hopefully the host will forgive me on that aspect! GREAT EXPERIENCE.
I had to fly from Atlanta to Phoenix for a last-minute funeral and both of my Turo host could not have been more amazing from picking the car up and then getting it ready even 30 minutes early to dropping it off a little bit late and having the shuttle waiting for me right next to where I parked the car for drop off in the instant text message responses were truly a blessing beyond measure. This was my first time using Turo and I can honestly say I would never rent a car through anyone else unless I had to!! It was truly a VIP experience for an budget price
I absolutely loved this car! I rented the 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid for four days and honestly didn’t want to give it back. It was incredibly comfortable, smooth, quiet, and had plenty of power when I needed it. The fuel efficiency was amazing too. I drove over 260 miles and only had to put $31 worth of gas in it! That was definitely a highlight for me. The host was phenomenal from start to finish. His response time was fantastic, communication was easy, and he was always quick to answer any questions I had. Everything about the rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would 100% rent this Camry again and would absolutely rent from this host again. If you’re considering this car, I highly recommend it!
Great vehicle at a fair price. We booked last minute and DP Fleet accommodate us. Their vehicles are housed at the end of the phx sky train so no need for a taxi to pick up the car. We will definitely rent again when we are in Phoenix

Directions were very precise for both pick up and return (although I didn't realize there was an additional step to checkout in Turo). Car drove great and it was perfect for our trip. Will definitely rent via Jonathan if we are back in PHX. Better experience than renting from the big car rental companies
Car was clean and ready to go. Owner was quick to reply following booking as well as making us aware of issue that came up just before our trip. Wanted to confirm we would be comfortable with vehicle. It was a joy to drive… and gave us the ability to test drive for 5 days. Dare I say this SUV family likely to be going back to a hybrid minivan for our next vehicle. Thx again will rent again if we do not buy one before next trip.
