Follow the directions and the shuttle takes you right to the parking deck. My Audi Q7 was clean and it was an amazing vehicle to drive on my 4 day trip in Arizona. Great rental experience overall! The Audi Q6 e-tron was a great car to drive — super smooth, comfortable, and an enjoyable way to get around for a few days. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and as described. Marwa was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the pickup/drop-off process was straightforward. We had a small last-minute change to our flight schedule which made things a little rushed but overall everything went very smoothly and our host was flexible. Would definitely recommend to others and would happily rent again in the future
I had an excellent experience with the Audi Q4 e-tron. The car was clean, spacious, and just the right size for my trip. For those who have never rented an electric vehicle (EV) outside of Tesla, don't hesitate to do so. I noticed some reviews where people complained about charging this car, but I found charging stations easily. Even if you're at a hotel that only offers Tesla charging stations, ask the hotel if they have an adapter for the Audi; it worked for me. The range of the vehicle was good, and I genuinely enjoyed driving it. If you're traveling with family, you'll find there's plenty of space, and the trunk can fit 2-3 large luggage bags, which was a concern of mine before renting. As for the host, she was easily accessible and responded promptly. I would definitely recommend renting this car, and I would certainly rent it again if I find myself in the area.
I rented the Audi e-tron through Toro and had an amazing experience. The car was sleek, comfortable, and packed with tech. Driving it was smooth, with great acceleration and handling. The electric range was solid, and charging was easy with the app. The booking process on Toro was simple, and pick-up/drop-off went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely rent again! Sandeep was on holidays but still managed to check in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
This was hands down the best Turo rental I ever had!! The Audi Q6 etron was amazing! Such an awesome car to drive! The luxury is stunning! Made my wife think about getting one! The pickup was seamless! The level of detail that Akram and Marwa provided perfectly explained everything! Wven better than the car, were the host! At every turn, with every question I had, they answered immediately with grace and kindness! And then when I had a user error (completely my fault 🤦🏿♂️) with the charger, they showed up to my location and graciously helped get me on my way! I can't say enough about them.
