I give the host 5 stars, Great car and good communication however I was lost in parking lot and attendant “Michael” forced me to leave the building and escorted me out onto the street in the heat. I told him I was simply returning the car. He called me a liar and told me they seen me outside. I told him yes I was outside returning a car and that’s when he said he was going to call the cops on me and escorted me off the property. Because of this, I will not be back in Rent-A-Car from this location ever again.
