I had a great experience renting this vehicle through Turo during my family trip to Phoenix! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed to get around the city. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, making the entire rental process convenient and stress-free. The vehicle was perfect for our family outings, and we truly enjoyed our time in Phoenix. This was my first time renting from Eric, and overall, it was a positive experience. The car was clean, simple, and in solid working condition. Eric was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The pickup location was easy to find, although I did have to wait for the Preflight shuttle. The lot is off-site, approximately one mile from the airport terminal, so allow a little extra time. You’ll also want to have the Turo app installed and ready to use, as it is essential to navigating the instructions and vehicle access process. Once I followed Eric’s steps, unlocking and returning the car to the same location was straightforward. As for the vehicle, the Buick Envista was smaller than the premium SUVs I typically receive through my preferred rental car company, but it had a comfortable amount of room and drove well. For the make and model, I felt the price was a bit high for the rental period, although demand and limited availability may have contributed to the cost. Overall, Eric was a helpful and responsive host, and the vehicle met my needs. I would rent from him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a convenient Turo rental experience.

This was a great car for our five-day trip to Sedona! It was new, clean, and a pleasure to drive. Having FSD was an added bonus. Binjie was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire rental process seamless. I’d definitely rent from him again!

Beautiful car. Rides very well. It took me time to finally figure out where to pick it up. Their pick up and return system is great once you know where to go. I used chat GPT after 3 hours of walking around the Airport (my luggage was delayed) getting on the train to go to the car rental center. DON’T!!!!! You have to catch the pre flight shuttle to the pre flight parking lot. I finally got the car and my trip was great!! I also had to ask CHAT GPT where the button was to open the gas tank door. I finally found it. It’s along the floor board on the drivers side. One last thing, in past reviews I saw that people complained about an odor in the car. YES it was there and very strong. I saw air refresher tags throughout the car but they had lost their fragrance. I saturated them with an essential oil fragrance I made for my granddaughter. It worked. Not sure how long it will last but it was still working at the end of my trip. Back to basics, it’s a wonderful vehicle . I felt safe and loved driving it. I will rent from them again anytime I head to Phoenix. I did have trouble with this App going and coming but hopefully the host will forgive me on that aspect! GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I would recommend this over a rental companies getting a car from here was great. It was easy and it was less cheaper than budget,enterprise, Foxs, and Aves. I highly recommend. The host was great. They were on top of communication. I had to extend my rental for one more day due to my car still being at the shop and it literally took me five minutes to do so.

There were six of us traveling, and the three-row SUV was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and ran great throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially in the Arizona heat! The vehicle was also very good on gas. We made several trips around the area, including a couple of 20-minute drives to and from the airport, and only needed to fill up once during our stay. The off-airport pickup and return process was smooth and convenient. The PreFlight Parking location was easy to find, and the shuttle service made getting to and from the airport simple. We especially appreciated the clear communication and detailed instructions provided through the Turo app. Everything from locating the vehicle to returning it was well explained and easy to follow. Overall, it was a great rental experience from beginning to end! The vehicle met our family’s needs perfectly, and we would definitely rent it again. Mahalo for making our Arizona travels so easy and enjoyable!

I booked the X because I wanted to compare the X with the Y. The X is larger with a fancy steering mechanism, took some time to get used to. For the price I enjoyed the Y, but I really enjoyed the X. Again thanks for allowing me to rent the X for the weekend.

Super easy rental. Jonathan was great! Our flight was canceled, so we missed the pick-up time. I notified Jonathan and he said not to worry, that it would be there when we arrived the next day.

Great vehicle at a fair price. We booked last minute and DP Fleet accommodate us. Their vehicles are housed at the end of the phx sky train so no need for a taxi to pick up the car. We will definitely rent again when we are in Phoenix

It was perfect for getting around Arizona, especially with all the sightseeing and activities we had planned. The SUV was reliable, great on gas, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Great overall experience with the vehicle rental! Eric was so easy to work with and very detailed with his instructions from beginning to end when it came to rental pickup to rental drop off. I did also have to reach out to him on one occasion with a slight hiccup I had and he was quick to respond and address my concern. He made himself available and was so great to work with. I would highly recommend and will be using his service if I’m ever visiting town again!

Pickup and drop off details were very clear and straightforward, even after landing at PHX at 11pm. I had lost my phone in transit and the team was super accommodating with ID verification and keeping my reservation so I didn’t have to go to the car rental desk instead. Car was perfect and got me to Sedona and back for the weekend, even in inclement weather. Could not have asked for a better experience!

The car, the pickup, the ride and return made this trip epic! Though it rained pretty much the weekend, we still managed to get around and enjoy the outdoors anyway! Will do this again and yes, I will return to this host! Come enjoy the nice ride at a bargain price!
