First time using Turo and the experience was great!! The location was convenient and the ability to wash the car at a nearby location was super! I highly recommend Turo and will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Overall this was a good trip with the car until the owner stopped making sense last night July 21st the car battery died I did what I had to do and called Turo for assistance they took long and a complete stranger helped us then leaving this morning the car battery was still dead which I communicated to the owner on the phone. He seemed to understand until he didn’t and decided to charge me for gas when he said I didn’t have to worry about since the car battery was DEAD not once but twice which I had to leave at the Airbnb if I wanted to be on time for my flight . So not only was I inconvenienced I got a stupid $28 refund after being stuck on the side of the road late at night and having to find another way to the airport this morning. Book with this person at your own risk he was understanding until he wasn’t and that’s what I don’t understand but not all common sense is not common oh and the trunk isn’t that big compared to the picture. I’m giving it a two star because of how the owner decided to go about his rental having a dead battery

We will not rent to guest again. We worked with the guest regarding her situation with the dead battery. Unfortunately, batteries may test good but in Arizona summer months can die at any time. The guest also did not opt in for Turo roadside assistance, which we always recommend during booking for reasons such as this. We also gave them a partial refund for the inconvenience which we certainly did not have to.
