I am so truly thankful and very appreciative for Barry as a phenomenal Turo host! Not only did I have a last minute emergency on my girls trip celebrating my birthday but I ended up having a late return and all communication was expeditious and assistive. I hope to rent in the future. Arizona was great and my Turo rental gave me the same luxary feel as if I were home. Definitely book this rental, it’s great on gas and affordable price!!
Vincent was kind and attentive. Answered every question I had, from arrival at PHX to heading towards the rental. There is a small fee to pay for getting the rental out the lot, just like any other airport parking garages, it’s based off of time. Make sure you plan efficiently from your plane landing to pick up time. We easily found everything and had no issues picking up the vehicle. Only paid $9 to get out the lot and was immediately reimbursed. Vehicle was great and reliable. We did a lot of hiking and off roading which was awesome and handy. I will say towards the end of the trip we did notice the lock on the passenger side was not working which was a safety concern for myself and guests. I immediately messaged Vincent and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d get that checked out. The speakers sound a bit muffled and not clear but it wasn’t a big deal for us , we still were vibing and having fun! The CarPlay would choose when to work, but I enjoyed it when it came to maps. Obviously a Jeep is a heavy set vehicle so it takes some effort to make it go over 60mph, and gas was about $60 for a full tank. Nonetheless we enjoyed our rental! Thanks.
This Turo rental was exactly what I needed for my trip to Phoenix. It was a reliable, dependable car that made it easy to get to the grocery store, grab coffee near our VRBO, and run errands around town. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable driving experience. One tip for anyone renting a car in Phoenix: bring a windshield sunshade (sun visor) or order one ahead of time. The Arizona sun gets extremely hot, and it makes a huge difference in keeping the car cooler. I ended up ordering one from Amazon and having it delivered during my stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely rent from this host again the next time I'm in Phoenix. Highly recommended!
The Vehicle Performed Perfectly For Me And My Family. Very Clean, Pickup Was Extremely Fast & Easy. The whole rental process was easy and smooth! Lou was clear with directions, access information and ensured to be detailed with rental expectations. 😁Pick up and drop off was very easy. We rented a 2025 Honda HRV and it was the perfect vehicle to take up to Sedona for our stay-cation. 🔥 There was nothing on the details that mentioned not taking pups but we did our best to use a fitted sheet in the back seat for our pups and upon return we took it through the car wash and vacuumed all the loose dog hair we could find. Looking forward to renting from this amazing team in the future!

After my original Turo reservation was unexpectedly canceled the morning of my trip, she was extremely accommodating and helped make what could have been a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible.
