I am so truly thankful and very appreciative for Barry as a phenomenal Turo host! Not only did I have a last minute emergency on my girls trip celebrating my birthday but I ended up having a late return and all communication was expeditious and assistive. I hope to rent in the future. Arizona was great and my Turo rental gave me the same luxary feel as if I were home. Definitely book this rental, it’s great on gas and affordable price!!

Jasmine was an amazing host and made the entire experience incredibly easy from start to finish. After my original Turo reservation was unexpectedly canceled the morning of my trip, she was extremely accommodating and helped make what could have been a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Communication was excellent, pickup and return were simple, and she was very understanding throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed driving the SUV, it has the GPS working on the vehicle's pc, and with the newer vehicles you get push start, and the radio dial on the steering wheel which is real convenient, also really super good gas mileage i drove from Phoenix Az to Benson Az on $30 dollars and Trevor price is right for what you get he does try to gouge with the mileage if you go over he only charges .016 a mile

We absolutely loved this SUV! We’re a family of five with three boys (ages 3, 8, and 19), and everyone fit comfortably. There was still plenty of room for our toddler’s stroller and all of our luggage, which made our road trip so much easier. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable to drive. Thank you for a great experience. We would definitely rent it again!

Eric is a very over and beyond type of Host.....We had battery issues with car and he really gave us the best alternatives and really put his all into accomdating is in this time of need.....I am impressed.

Vincent was kind and attentive. Answered every question I had, from arrival at PHX to heading towards the rental. There is a small fee to pay for getting the rental out the lot, just like any other airport parking garages, it’s based off of time. Make sure you plan efficiently from your plane landing to pick up time. We easily found everything and had no issues picking up the vehicle. Only paid $9 to get out the lot and was immediately reimbursed. Vehicle was great and reliable. We did a lot of hiking and off roading which was awesome and handy. I will say towards the end of the trip we did notice the lock on the passenger side was not working which was a safety concern for myself and guests. I immediately messaged Vincent and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d get that checked out. The speakers sound a bit muffled and not clear but it wasn’t a big deal for us , we still were vibing and having fun! The CarPlay would choose when to work, but I enjoyed it when it came to maps. Obviously a Jeep is a heavy set vehicle so it takes some effort to make it go over 60mph, and gas was about $60 for a full tank. Nonetheless we enjoyed our rental! Thanks.

This was my first experience with Turo. It was a last minute trip and I usually rely on airport rental companies. To avoid the “mystery car” price I decided to try a guaranteed vehicle. This was a great experience. The gist was fantastic and very communicative throughout the whole process. Instructions were super clear and easy. Would def rent with this host again.

Let me explain something to you all. Renting this SUV will be the best thing you have ever done. It is so well worth it. It was very very easy to find the place where the vehicle is. Check in was superb Mr Ryan is the perfect host and I do need perfect. He checked on me to make sure that I was okay that everything was going okay. He let me know about the free car wash if I wanted to take the car for a car wash it's an SUV. Now let me explain something to you This SUV is a 2026 Buick encore with the panoramic screen and let me say this the vehicle was so clean inside smell good no type of odor at all it drove so smooth I had just bought me a 2026 Hyundai iconic 5 and My son's wrecked it so it's total and that was a bad accident and Mr Ryan was so sympathetic he gave me the best condolences he was just so sweet and I thank him for that. I want you to know that checking in to get the vehicle and bringing it back is so smooth but remember to take pictures that is the main thing you want to protect yourself This is a great vehicle the host is great and I will absolutely rent from him again. I am a psychologist in Phoenix Arizona for the state so I have a lot of friends sometimes that come in town and they need rentals I will be referring this house I give him 10 stars oh wait he can only get five right okay well I'll give him five twice Thank you Mr Ryan you are superb I will use you again

What impressed me most was how accommodating he was he had the car ready within 8 hours of my booking, which was incredibly helpful.
