Everything was great. The only minor issue was the car is a bit smaller than I was expecting. Other than that I was very pleased.

I have to say this is one of the easiest car pick ups and drop offs that I have ever had in a car rental situation! Rob and Joni made it extremely easy and their communication was top-notch! The car was everything that I needed for the traveling that I had to do❣️And it was immaculate to boot❣️I highly recommend Rob and Joni! I definitely will be back❣️Thank you❣️

Hi all! Let me start off by saying the experience my husband and I had from beginning to end was stellar. Joni and Rob were so kind and accommodating right from the beginning. The car was dropped off to me at work and I felt like I was meeting family not strangers. The car drove impeccably and handled like charm. The GLA overheated on a guest. Unfortunately she was 7 hours away so we had to wait for the vehicle to get towed back. We don't cancel unless absolutely necessary.
