SUV rental at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA)

Car was exactly as described, in clean condition, and was perfect for my trip to Phoenix! Bethany was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly and was flexible with changing plans. Her instructions were clear for pickup and drop off, making the whole rental process seamless. I had no concerns and would definitely rent through Bethany again!

I absolutely LOVED this car! The matte black exterior with the beautiful white interior was everything! The car was immaculate, super clean, and honestly had me in love the moment I saw it. ❤️ This was by far the BEST rental experience I’ve ever had. The car made getting around so easy—I never got lost or even needed to look up directions. It completely changed the way I travel! Steven was also amazing and so helpful throughout the entire experience. This was my first time using Turo, and I can honestly say I’m officially a fan! 🙌🏾 I will definitely use Turo again, and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll absolutely be looking for one of Steven’s rentals. The host was great and quick to address. I think the vehicle needs attention like the fuel smell, the keyless entry was sketchy on lock and unlock not sure if battery is low or not. Glad this services is available. Thank you

Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, and the entire process was easy and convenient. The car was in great condition and made our trip even more enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First off, let me just say this rental was awesome! It was great on gas, drove super smooth, and honestly made me want a Jeep. My family and I really enjoyed our weekend. My kids even called it a “G-Wagon,” which was pretty funny! We took it up north, and it handled the trip perfectly. It was comfortable, reliable, and made the drive enjoyable. The owners were easy to communicate with, friendly, and responsive. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

Great little road trip car. A/C was nice and cold. Smooth ride. Cruise control. Loved being able to add unlimited miles to my trip so I didn't have to worry about how far I went. Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. Communication was great. Would rent with Dylan and his co-host again.
