This was the best rental I've had and I've rented a long time through Turo. Seth delivered the car to me and even provided me some snacks for the trip. The sound system is amazing and a charging cord and cell phone holder was provided. The car ride like a dream and got excellent gas mileage. If I could give him more than 5-stars, I would! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him for a second.

The quality was amazing after day or so felt like I had the car for years. That says alot when you do not rent, used to driving your own car, & its your first time using Turo. The host was so responsive and had answers to my questions or concerns as needed or when they were raised. On a personal touch which, is the root of reviews, I am starting over in life and making sure this experience was safe, efficient, and joyful was important. I took weeks to research and read through to choose a car for my daughter and I. This was a huge deal in our journey. I didn't want to give it back, we had a blast, and really gave me a peice of my individuality one feels behind a wheel living your life and doing as one does in a day to day. I will absolutely be using Turo agian and hopefully through these same hosts and definitely will be referring as well. The Venue is clean, smooth, great on gas, comforting, and agian safe. Cammi has been the best host out of all our hosts. The Chevy is in incredible condition and we will reserve it for our upcoming trip. Our host was flexible and so accommodating as we were dealing with an accident. Just a great host, trip and vehicle!

Travis was a great host and left very clear easy instructions how to pick up the vehicle. His tahoe was exactly how it was advertised and we had no issues. It worked out perfect for our family trip. The miles allowed were very much appreciated and we did not even use all of them, which was a huge plus! Would highly recommend!

Shane’s RAV4 was great and Shane’s hospitality was more than we’ve ever received through any other rental service. The car had been running via remote start prior to us reaching it so instead of getting into an oven, the car and seats were nice and cool. Free car seat and stroller rental made travel through the airport A LOT easier! Snacks and cold water was appreciated after travel, as was the parking ticket voucher, his/her sunglasses, sun shade, car chargers—small things that show that Shane is really dedicated to a good customer base experience. It was an overall very clean, functional car. Shane made sure every base was covered and we will definitely rent from him again in the future.
