Easy to find and car ran well.

The vehicle got us where we needed to go, but we experienced two issues during our trip. The vehicle intermittently became stuck in Park, and the front HVAC blower intermittently stopped producing airflow through the front vents. Because of the Arizona heat, the blower issue was particularly concerning.
While intermittent mechanical issues can happen with any vehicle, the larger concern was the response when those issues were reported. I initially contacted the host to document the symptoms and ask whether these were known issues or if there were any troubleshooting steps specific to the vehicle. Rather than asking questions to better understand what was occurring, the concerns were repeatedly attributed to user error.
Although we were eventually able to continue using the vehicle, the reported issues were never meaningfully addressed. The conversation became increasingly argumentative and focused on whether the issue existed rather than on troubleshooting the symptoms being reported.
As a renter, I was looking for assistance and guidance when concerns arose, not an argument over whether they were occurring. Future renters should be aware of both the intermittent issues we experienced and the communication style they may encounter if problems arise during their rental. Because of both the vehicle concerns and the overall customer service experience, I would not rent this vehicle again.
The vehicle was fully inspected by a mechanic and there are none of the issues you are speaking of. And additionally no other guest after you has had the issues you experienced.
Steps to be taken for next time you drive a vehicle: You need to press the brake pedal to shift out of park. This is taught when you achieve a learners permit. There are separate controls for the front and rear A/C. I strongly recommend rather than blaming user error issues on the vehicle, that you take a drivers ed co
