Dennis was an absolutely incredible host. Kind, communicative, and overall above and beyond, even providing water and treats for our rental! We DID run into a few small maintenance issues, which he quickly rectified and compensated us beyond our out-of-pocket costs.
As for the car itself, it drives beautifully with MPGs hovering between 38-42. I mean, it’s a Lexus, what’s not to like? Just note two things: 1) The infotainment system is controlled via touchpad, not touch, which can make CarPlay a bit cumbersome and 2) The rear windshield has a very dark tint on it which can take some getting used to.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d happily rent from Dennis again!

The car quality was great! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly throughout our trip. Pickup was easy and convenient, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or concern. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.
