**5 Stars** We had a great experience renting this 2020 Mustang convertible from Macondo. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly what we were hoping for during our Myrtle Beach trip. It was a perfect day to have the top down and cruise around the area. Pickup and drop-off were simple, communication was clear, and the host was upfront about a minor backup camera issue, which did not affect our trip at all. Overall, the car was fun, sharp-looking, and made for a really memorable day on vacation. I will give a 5 star because the host was nice how ever the address that’s posted on the app for pick up and drop off are not where you will be picking up and dropping off. No clear instructions language barrier may have been the issue. I had to pick up the car at the airport parking structure which was a bit difficult specially if you’re not familiar wasn’t hard after I figure it out but price and everything else was fine. Would be nice to know where you are dropping off and picking up car ahead of reservation

Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked.
