Amazing car and outstanding service! Ron was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with another Turo rental late at night and was left scrambling without a vehicle. Thankfully, I found Ron's car and contacted customer service. They were able to reach out to him, and despite it being after the booking cutoff time, he graciously allowed me to rent his car. I am so grateful for his kindness and willingness to help during a stressful situation. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his generosity. The car was great, the experience was seamless, and Ron went above and beyond. I will be recommending him to everyone I know! This car was perfect for our trip to AZ. Jonathan's pickup instructions were clear and sent well ahead of time. The car was spotless and a smooth drive, and the big screen for our Airplay/Apple Maps was ideal for all the places we had to go. The return was easy as well. The PreFlight airport parking garage where the car was staged is way better than the rental car center. A heads up- if you are refueling gas before returning, I would go somewhere other than the Circle K across the street from the PreFlight garage (just a lot of crackheads TBH). 😳 I would absolutely recommend Jonathan and his cars to anyone! The Hyundai Palisade was a great rental car. Plenty of room for 4 adults with luggage. Nice pep going up hill. Jonathan was appropriately communicative. Check in and out was a breeze. We travel to AZ at last once a year and would not hesitate to rent from Jonathan again.

The suv was clean looked brand new and the detailed instructions from the airport to the car garage was perfect you can’t get lost and to return the suv was great too return it to the same garage and the shuttle to take you to the airport comes about every 5 minutes I will be renting from them again.

Great Car and Host! This Hyundai sonata hybrid was very super clean, drove great and was fully loaded with comfort and convenience. Best of all it averaged around 48 mpg. Our host Jonathan provided very clear instructions on how to find the car and get into it as well as instructions on how to leave the garage it was parked in. The whole pickup and drop off process was a breeze and the car was perfect. Thank you again!!
