Had a great experience renting from Hector! Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. We did have a tire blowout during our trip and ended up having to extend the rental, but Hector was incredibly understanding, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole situation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made a stressful situation much easier. The car was also extremely clean, well-maintained, and drove very smoothly. It was clear that Hector takes great care of his vehicle and his customers. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and flexibility. The quality of this car is amazing! I needed a rental for the week after my car broke down immediately. This car was affordable for the whole week and it ended up being amazing on gas as well. Host was very accommodating with helping us change the pick and drop off times without getting charged for another day. Grateful for that! All I can say is wow!! I had a flat tire in the middle of the trip I contacted Ron about it and he was very communicative and covered the new tire. If I am ever in the area and need a rental I definitely will be looking to rent from Rob again!!
