Had a great experience renting from Hector! Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. We did have a tire blowout during our trip and ended up having to extend the rental, but Hector was incredibly understanding, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole situation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made a stressful situation much easier. The car was also extremely clean, well-maintained, and drove very smoothly. It was clear that Hector takes great care of his vehicle and his customers. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and flexibility. Nice clean car, host was great! Fuel economy was excellent, I have a heavier foot and averaged up to 32mpg from Phx-LV and back. If you’re looking to fit a 3-4 group for a road trip and not burn the wallet then here you go! I would rent again.
Dominique and the 2024 Civic Type R. Whether you’re familiar with the platform or are curious about it, do yourself a favor and have this experience. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive, regardless of the destination. Powerful, but accommodating, and very easy to drive, this car provides a level of engagement that is uniquely Honda with all the racing development they could engineer into a street car. Picking the car up was simple and straightforward. The host was understanding when we had delays that extended our trip. Communication was prompt and courteous from start to finish. Again, if you’re thinking about it, just do it. You will not regret it.

Wonderful host drove at least 50 miles to drop car off with me after last minute rental at 5 am for rental at 7 am he went way out of his way to deliver asap so we could make an appointment.
