I would not recommend the host. As a matter of fact i do not want to use this app again. 1st time using it and had the worst experience. My son and i had to go from phx to lax for my mom’s surgery. The tires were in horrible shape. They were bald, threading and in no shape should have been allowed on the road. The host said they were fine and just needed to be rotated. Even after showing him pictures with a coin showing him they were bald. We almost got in an accident cause they had no traction. He said the brakes were fine. Then had to spend over 2 hours trying to find who out of state could look at them connected to Discount Tires (host choice and different name in California), commuting 2 cities out, waiting for them to replace all 4. Even the tech said he could not believe we made a 5hr drive in those tires and not have a blow out. It is a host responsibility to make sure vehicle is maintained properly and safe to drive. Also has some sticky residue on the driver door and gas pup latch, which someone else had mentioned in another review. Car was not as described. It had minor accidents in the front fender with missing part of it, scratches and dents everywhere . The picture needs to be updated. Next time i will use a big company as i know they look at their cars and maintain them properly. My families safety is my #1 priority.

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Car was still dirty upon pick up, sticky substance in the cupholders that was never cleaned before I picked up the car. Didn’t even make it to my destination before the tire pressure light came on, informing me that the tire was dangerously low. Took the car to the nearest tire shop, who informed me that there was a nail embedded in the tire, as well as the tread was extremely low and worn, and very dangerous to drive. informed the host about the nail, who responded “there was no nail in the tire upon pickup” basically blaming me with no empathy in regards to me spending my own money to replace it and be able to drive safely. Host also tried to blame me for the grill being damaged, although it was like that in my pickup photos. would never deal with this host ever again, terrible service.

I really enjoyed working with this host and will likely re-rent this vehicle in the very near future. Thank you for your hospitality 6star experience

Pickup location was in the complete opposite direction of the airport and our destination, even though I filtered to pickup at the airport. Possibly user error. Car ran just fine however it had quite a bit of body damage to include the front bumper cracked, multiple dents and scratches. The inside was very clean and smelled good, also had a few blemishes. We were told it hardly ever rained in AZ but it did rain our second day and the windshield wipers need replacing. The host was very nice and was quick to respond. We were able to adjust the drop off location for an additional fee, which was a little high. Overall the car fit our needs.
