Very clear directions. Car was fine. Johnathon was awesome and super responsive. First turo rental for me will also be my last. Got a flat tire and it was horrible to deal with. Damage report was filed. Ive rented cars for 40 years with the usual rental companies and never had one damage issue ever. Turo is not cool

What can I say….communication was superb! The directions for getting to the pickup location down to the color of the shuttle we were to take. It made the process so easy. Car was comfortable and operated as it should. No complaints whatsoever! Great experience.

Car is an incredibly smooth drive. Lots of secret features. Only issue with the alignment, it needs a clear refresh but other than that host and vehicle itself were overall an amazing experience!
