The car was great, very clean! We rented two car seats with the van, and those were very clean as well! Pickup and drop off instructions were clear and easy to understand. The car was easy to find! Everything worked great on the vehicle. Would definitely rent again!

Being able to rent car seats makes traveling with kids a breeze. Thank you! Clean vehicle, safe carseats, quick check-in and out with the shuttle-we got our vehicle quicker than my dad who rented a car at the counter.

The Chrysler van was awesome! Everything was just like the pictures. The owner even hooked us up with cleaning supplies and microfiber rags to tidy up. We rented two five-point harness car seats and they were super clean, all we had to do was pop them in where we wanted them. With two little boys and a baby (we brought our own car seat for the baby), we had tons of room, especially up front where my wife and I sat. Michael was great about getting back to us fast, he was polite, and even gave me his number. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, just drive in and out. My only screw up dropping off was not parking in the rideshare section, so I just had to move the car over there. That spot's in the back and clearly marked with blue signs, I just didn't see them. My first time using Turo and it was a great experience.

The car quality was functional and drove well, I know it was a little on the older side, my only notes were that the reverse rear camera function did not work, and there was some wear and tear on the inside as well as squeaky breaks. But I can’t complain knowing it was a little older and the host made that transparent ahead of time, otherwise the driving itself went smoothly and it got the job done, the host was very communicative and friendly and gave very easy pickup and drop off instructions, everything went smoothly and I would def rent again given the opportunity!

This was a great car at a great price. The back up camera didn’t work for me but it may have been I accidentally turned off the monitor… Besides… it has sensors that tell you when someone or something is behind you and when changing lanes beside you. Owner was awesome. Will rent this car again!! All doors open with a press of the button. And it is well cared for.
