Being able to rent car seats makes traveling with kids a breeze. Thank you! Clean vehicle, safe carseats, quick check-in and out with the shuttle-we got our vehicle quicker than my dad who rented a car at the counter.

The Chrysler van was awesome! Everything was just like the pictures. The owner even hooked us up with cleaning supplies and microfiber rags to tidy up. We rented two five-point harness car seats and they were super clean, all we had to do was pop them in where we wanted them. With two little boys and a baby (we brought our own car seat for the baby), we had tons of room, especially up front where my wife and I sat. Michael was great about getting back to us fast, he was polite, and even gave me his number. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, just drive in and out. My only screw up dropping off was not parking in the rideshare section, so I just had to move the car over there. That spot's in the back and clearly marked with blue signs, I just didn't see them. My first time using Turo and it was a great experience.

The van felt pretty dirty when we picked it up we did need to take it home and give it a good wash inside and out so we can feel more comfortable. The car itself was great and the host is great. We will use again no other issues.

We rented a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica PHEV minivan and really enjoyed it. Picking up and dropping off the minivan from Auto House was easy and convenient due to it's location a few miles from PHX. Just make sure you check their daily hours. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after they had closed. Luckily, a few employees were still on site and saw that we needed help. The minivan was clean, comfortable, and I really appreciated how I could get most of our daily driving done fully electric after charging it at night. We used a little more than a quarter tank of gas over five days of daily driving which included trips all around Phoenix. I'd rent from Auto Hose again.
